Biggest Loser Update
This is dangerous because I think some competetors are now reading my blog, but here's where I am. I am down 17 pounds (172 from 189) and the final weigh out is next Monday. Please pray for me as my diet has now been restricted to dehydrated water and Metamucil.

Dont do it brother, these are gimmicks used by gimmicky kind of people to convince people who want to lose weight, to buy these products.

You know, Metamucil uses excessive amounts the fatal chemical known as dihydrogen monoxide in order to properly work.
For your information, dihydrogen monoxide is found in all forms of cancer, it is a major component of acid rain, if it is inhaled in its natural state it is often fatal, and in gaseous form it causes severe burns.
Just thought you should know.

Reminds me of my competing days...yuk! the last week I had 2 of my favorite foods 3x/day & that was orange roughy & spinach. Needless to say, I have never eaten that combo again. Anyway, we will be attending your victory party with M&Ms in hand!! Go Brettski!!! kimberG

BTW, because of the legitimate concerns raised by Eric, I will be snorting the Metamucil. It's just too dangerous any other way.
This sounds like an interesting diet. I wonder how much weight I would loose?
