Snow!
It is snowing this morning for the first real time this season. Praise God!!! I love the snow! May I be to the Lord as in Proverbs 25:13 "Like the coolness of snow at harvest time is a trustworthy messenger to those who send him;he refreshes the spirit of his masters."

My first words this morning - "Oh, my God!" I ran upstairs to get the girls up to see the sight. Fitting words for us to know that God is a part of our lives and truly a blessing like the first snow this morning.

I love the first snowfall. Got the kids up, showed them the snow, the whole 'parent' thing. Now I'm ready for summer.
Not a lot of snow over my way, but I'm looking forward to it!
I woke up with Sophia that morning and saw all the snow too and said, "Chris, come look with us at Sophia's first snow!" What a cool moment!

I never appreciated snow until we moved to Texas, and for some reason life just didn't feel right those winters, and then I realized that my life was connected with the miracle of snow. It is an amazing sight!

I've never realized what a blessing having a ton of snow was until my younger children went crazy when the tv said this: their school was closed. I smiled to myself and made Hot chocolate feeling their happiness.
