Big News!!

I pooped!!! You know, after they dehydrate you for surgery, then after you puke up everything after surgery for the first 15 hours, then after you take those intestinal dumbing pain pills, this can be a great post-op concern. But alas, as my profile indicates. Life is good...for I have pooped.

I'll keep you updated as I progress with my healing, and as they say, film at 11:00!

I wish you could have gone into more detail. I'm a bit confused about what happened today.

I will pm you pix. Notice I said pm, not bm.

Believe me - already I have been thinking about that leg in a brace - not an easy manuver. I have the visual - no pictures needed.

Good thing you didn't have elbow surgery instead, wiping would be a pain.

Brett,
Please no film. After all this infomation I'll have a hard time in Church not thinking of your Blog.
Carla I feel bad for you. I hope Brett was alone when this happened.
Hope you feel better soon.

I never, ever, thought I'd say these words to you.. but..

Brett, I hope you weren't wearing pants when it happened.

I dont get it~

Barb...what don't you get THIS time?

Let me tell you a story. Our whole family used to watch Saturday Night Live together. Four of us would sit there and laugh hysterically while one would constantly sit there, arms folded, and say "I don't get it." Now, because my family reads my blog, I have to be careful not to identify her, but she bore all the children. My older sister told her that we were going to get her a TV which displayed "closed captioning for the comically challenged." This may need to be the case with you!!!

Ironically, I would watch SNL with my older brother and ask pretty much everytime, if it was a skit or real life~ My brother (not Greg) used to chastize me for my lack of humor and/or comically challenged brain. Ironic isnt it?

Well Barb, in your defense, you do appreciate humor. You just sometimes have to have it explained first!!!! I HAVE to meet you in person someday! (you can take that as online stalking)

Oh I get it!!!! you had surgery and then subseqently couldnt poop! The teachers in school had something going when they said, "read all of the test before you begin" My word, it took long enough!

Goodluck in your recovery!
