Well I went out last evening in the incredible heat for my first real bike ride since my surgery. I went 12 miles and averaged over 14 mph so I was quite pleased with my first foray. And my bike still rocks!!! I'm just praisin' the Lord for His healing!

I had Sophia out yesterday and we did 6 miles. It was a wonderful night for a ride! Glad your knee is doing better and better. Peace my bruther.
