A good weekend...

Had a very good weekend. Here are some highlights:

A blast on Friday just hanging in the 'burgh w/ Carla...ended w/ Pirate game and fireworks w/ friends called Cornerstone. What a great time.

Watching the Lord work in some people's lives yesterday in worship. Awesome.

Picking up trash and playing paintball w/ some Cornerstone kids.

Now I'm off to a good Monday...

Gotta love a good game of Paintball. I think your Concord should challenge Conerstone to a game sometime.

It would be an easy win for Cornerstone

Randy, I don't think you realize who you are talking to.

Aren't Methodists opposed to paintball? If not, I think that we should write a petition for AC and have a lively debate. If we don't discuss it on the floor, at least we could text back and forth for a while!

Talk to Keith...he'll be the author and perfecter of the bill.

All I have to say is, "Complete and utter domination."

Well, that and pancakes would be all I have to say.

I'd rather have Funnel Cakes over Pan Cakes!

You mean like funnel cakes from the Big Knob Fair?

I'm not a fan of paintball. Not sure what is says theologically to our kids.

Think of it as a game of "tag". A game where kids of all ages can run around, have some safe fun. Its great for team building and trust.

Last year, I never had so much fun playing capture the flag with Tracy's church. The confirmation class went against the parents of the confirmands as a way of kicking off the year. It was incredibly fun.

Should think about a Concord verses Cornerstone Capture the flag gig.

I am so glad that you love being and doing things with our church, because WE ALL feel the same. We see God working through you and us. Aren said that she felt good about picking up trash, but didn't want to do it all the time. This gave her an idea of how our "trash men" feel when they pick ours up. AWW! A moment of God's inspiration!
Yee haw too for our VBS!! God is so good! Love, S. Morris
